I designed this recruitment page to bring the Marketing Mafia culture to life—showing how we work, who we are, and what it’s like to be part of a team that gets things done without always being in the spotlight. In addition to designing this page, I planned and photographed all of the visuals, offering an inside look at our daily workflow, team dynamics, and the people who make it all happen.
